The Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Office of Procurement Operations, Enterprise Solutions Office, which currently manages the EAGLE and FirstSource contract vehicles, has issued a Request for Information for an automated Procurement Task Management System (e-PTMS) to help manage task order information for both contracts. The e-PTMS system would enhance existing HDS contracting processes and systems and perform three primary functions: provide a tool to view statistics on completed and planned acquisitions performed under EAGLE and FirstSource; provide a catalog to allow users to view EAGLE and FirstSource vendor offerings; and using the catalog capability and user inputs, capture and display all information the user will need to enter the order into the DHS ordering system.
