The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is seeking qualified business sources in anticipation of a future requirement to provide overall program management, development oversight, technical direction, and program support for the Homeland Security Information Network (HSIN), which is the primary nationwide information sharing and collaboration network using secure, encrypted information exchange over the Internet.
