The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has selected 27 service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses to compete for task orders under four functional categories in the Program Management, Administrative, Clerical and Technical Services (PACTS) program. The PACTS program will provide a wide range of services in four categories: Program Management; Administrative; Clerical; and Technical. Services will include things like strategic planning, program assessment, project management, logistics support, contingency planning, resource management, acquisition support, clerical and secretarial support and more. Services that will be acquired under PACTS are currently being met through various procurement methods such as individual component contracts, blanket purchase agreements, General Service Administration schedules and others.
