The Department of Homeland Security has selected numerous firms to compete in four functional categories under the Program Management, Administrative, Clerical and Technical Services (PACTS) program, which are worth up to $1.5 billion over five years. The awardees include: Winbourne and Costas, Inc.; Klett Consulting Group; Longview- FedConsulting; Teracore, Inc.; Savvee Consulting; Best Value Technology, Inc.; Loch Harbour Group; Veterans Enterprise Technology Solutions; Vet-Fed Resources, Inc.; Kingfisher Systems; DS3 Computing Solutions; Strategic Alliance Enterprises JV; Patricio Enterprises; HCI; CTI; ADDX Corp.; imPACTS, LLC; TAPE; Szanca Solutions; Centuria; Ursa Navigation Solutions, Inc.; Emesec, Inc.; LRS Federal; KMEA; VETCO LLC; Solute, Inc.; and Serrano IT Services. Some of the awardees will compete in more than one functional category.
