The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) signed a Collaborative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) with root9B Technologies to improve the U.S. computer network defense posture, the company said Monday.Under the agreement, the department and root9B are to engage in data flow and analytical collaboration associated with cybersecurity and communications reliability.
