The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has issued a solicitation for the development of enhancements to existing Office of Risk Management Analysis Risk Assessment Process for Informed Decision-making (RAPID) methodology. The effort is a small business set-aside. The goal of the project is to develop state-of-the-art methodological enhancements and or improvements to an existing Probabilistic Risk Assessment approach used currently in RAPID II.
