The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology (S&T) Directorate is seeking architect and engineering sources to expand its Transportation Security Laboratory (TSL) in Atlantic City, N.J. Under the TSL Infrastructure Investment Program S&T plans to renovate and expand 95,000 square feet of new facilities and 13,900 pounds of explosive storage.
