DHS TSL Awards Bridge Contract to Small Firm

Global Systems Technologies (GST) has received a $1.6 million contract extension from the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Transportation Security Laboratory (TSL) to continue to provide research and development support in the areas of trace explosives and explosives stimulant laboratory operations. GST, a small business, won the contract in 2003 when it was administered by the Federal Aviation Administration. The contract bridge expires on May 30. The follow-on acquisition includes the full scope of TSL research and development requirements.
