The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has issued a Sources Sought Notice for integrated commercial off-the-shelf products used to sense, aggregate, and visualize global Internet protocol routing data to enable technical studies and analyses. DHS seeks to improve the understanding of Internet assets and their influence on the survivability of national security/emergency preparedness and federal agency communications. Sol. No. 454545.
