Israel’s Elbit Systems [ESLT] said it has completed the purchase of the balance of shares of Elisra Electronic Systems held by Elta Systems, which is a subsidiary of Israel Aerospace Industries.
Elbit said in February it would acquire the 30 percent of shares in Elisra that it doesn’t already own for $67.5 million.
Elisra’s main product lines include self protection systems for aircraft and combat vessels, electronic and communications intelligence systems for manned aircraft and unmanned aircraft systems, data links, command and control systems for artillery, theater missile defense battle management systems, and microwave components and subsystems.
