Elbit Systems Completes Acquisition of Elisra

Israel's Elbit Systems [ESLT] said it has completed the purchase of the balance of shares of Elisra Electronic Systems held by Elta Systems, which is a subsidiary of Israel Aerospace Industries. Elbit said in February it would acquire the 30 percent of shares in Elisra that it doesn't already own for $67.5 million.
