From Flat To Double V–Army Completes First Pilot Stryker Exchange Vehicle

The Army yesterday said it completed the first vehicle in the Stryker Double V-Hull (DVH) exchange program that exchanges flat-bottom Stryker hulls for the newer DVH design. The Army's Project Manager, Stryker Brigade Combat Team (PM SBCT) initiated the Exchange Program, in partnership with Anniston Army Depot (ANAD) and General Dynamics [GD] Land Systems, in response to an Army requirement for additional DVH vehicles and to reduce the overall vehicle cost.
