Leonardo Helicopters (formerly AugustaWestland/Finmeccanica) awarded General Dynamics [GD] a contract to provide mission system equipment for Brazil’s Super Lynx helicopter upgrade program, GD said July 13.The helicopter’s cockpit will be integrated with GD’s Tactical Processing System and Secure Data Recorder to provide increased performance and capability, the company said at the Farnborough International Airshow.The Tactical Processing Systems integrates a range of sensor and application information for display in the cockpit.
