As Gulfstream’s CFO, Aiken is responsible for providing financial services for all of the business unit’s operations. As vice president and controller of GD, Aiken was responsible for the company’s accounting, financial reporting, government finance and corporate financial systems.
Phebe Novakovic, GD’s chairman and CEO, said in a statement said that Aiken “is attuned to the fast-paced, global business operation, and we look forward to his continued contributions as part of the corporation’s senior management team.” She also praised Redd for his service with the company, which began in 1986 as a financial analyst.
