General Dynamics UK Rolls Out Specialist Vehicle Mobile Test Rig

The General Dynamics [GD] UK-led Specialist Vehicle (SV) industry team has rolled-out the U.K. program’s first Mobile Test Rig (MTR) at a ceremony at team-member General Dynamics European Land Systems’ facility in Vienna, Austria. The SV is expected to replace the British Army’s reconnaissance vehicle fleet. This roll-out comes three weeks after the United Kingdom said the Specialist Vehicle is secure in the Ministry of Defense’s funding for the Armored Fighting Vehicle pipeline.
