The General Services Administration (GSA) has issued a pre-solicitation notice under a small business set aside for an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract to provide authorized commercial off-the-shelf CBRN equipment, sets, kits and outfits for Defense Department and Department of Homeland Security specialized units and first responders.
