Hanwha Defense USA Names Former Lockheed Martin, HII Official As New Chief

Hanwha Defense USA on Monday announced the departure of CEO John Kelly, who is being succeeded by Michael Smith, a former executive with Lockheed Martin [LMT], HII [HII], and BAE Systems. Kelly, who has led Hanwha Defense USA since May 2021, is pursuing new opportunities but will stay on until mid-September to help with the leadership transition.
