Interior Department Plans UAS Roadmap

The Department of Interior, U.S. Geological Survey is soliciting for help in creating a roadmap for 2010 to 2025 for unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) to meet emerging requirements and applications that require the use of UAS technology. The systems have the potential to support a range of civil applications including emergency response, environmental monitoring, addressing land management issues and assessing the impact of climate change.
