TASC said yesterday that its board of directors has appointed David Langstaff, the company’s current chairman, to be president and CEO effective next Monday, March 14.
Langstaff, 56, will succeed Wood Parker, 63, who is retiring. Parker will become vice chairman and Peter Marino, 69, a director, will become chairman.
Langstaff became chairman of TASC in December 2009 when the company was divested by Northrop Grumman [NOC]. Previously, Langstaff was the president and CEO of the former Veridian Corp. until it was acquired by General Dynamics [GD] in 2002.
