LMI on Wednesday said it has acquired JJR Solutions, a small business management consultancy serving federal clients, including Defense Department and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. JJR, which is based in Dayton, Ohio, has about 120 employees.
LMI provides defense and other federal customers with digital and analytics solutions, comprehensive logistics support, and management advisory services. The company said the acquisition expands its footprint in the human-centered design space, DevOps, additional customer access, and a proprietary tool, which helps organizations optimize team, system, and performance.
JJR’s customers include the Air Force, Space Force, Department of Veterans Affairs, and Defense Health Agency.
“By integrating JJR Solutions’ expertise into LMI, we are reaffirming our commitment to provide rapid, innovative, human-centered design solutions for our customers,” Doug Wagoner, LMI’s CEO, said in a statement. “We aim to empower the federal government to better understand and serve the needs of the people the support.”
JJR’s financial adviser on the deal was Houlihan Lokey and LMI was advised by
