Federal consulting firm LMI on Monday said it has acquired Clockwork Solutions, a provider of a predictive analytics software platform used by enterprises to improve efficiencies. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Clockwork Solutions, which is based in Austin, Texas, said it brings its predictive analytics capabilities to customers with strategic, capital-intensive fleets and assets to improve asset visibility, reduce parts inventory, and control maintenance costs.
