Lockheed Martin [LMT] on Friday said it has completed its acquisition of Universal Systems & Technology (UNITECH), which bolsters its capabilities in training and simulation.
Terms of the deal, which was announced last month, were not disclosed. UNITECH has over 400 employees. Its core service offerings are multimedia training and performance support systems, three-dimensional weapons simulations, and security strategies and information technology services.
