Magal Acquires Israeli Network Monitoring And Security Firm WebSilicon

Israel’s Magal Security Systems [MAGS] yesterday said it has acquired Tel Aviv-based WebSilicon Ltd. in a deal aimed at expanding its cyber security offerings. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Magal said the deal fits with its new cyber strategy and will expand its offering to deliver integrated physical and cyber security solutions for critical infrastructure.
