ManTech International [MANT] last month acquired MTCSC Inc., a provider of C4ISR systems integration, cyber and network engineering capabilities, for $75 million in cash. The deal is expected to be accretive to earnings in 2011. California-based MTCSC has several large contracts with the Marine Corps, mostly related to classified programs.
