ManTech International [MANT] on Monday said it has acquired Technical and Management Assistance Corporation (TMAC), which provides data engineering services and solutions to the U.S. intelligence community.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
TMAC, a small company based in Columbia, Md., provides services in data privacy and cyber engineering, systems engineering, workflow automation, and cybersecurity maturity model certification.

TMAC was founded in 2008 by Jim Clark, who serves as president and CEO and has worked in the intelligence space for 35 years.
