ManTech International Corp. [MANT] yesterday said it was awarded a $45 million task order under its Strategic Services Sourcing (S3) prime contract to continue providing intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) engineering, logistics, and business operations support services to the Army Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command for the Distributed Common Ground System-Army (DCGS-A).
“ISR is an important component of DCGS-A, providing invaluable information to the battlefield commander,” said Louis Addeo, president and chief operating officer of ManTech’s Technical Services Group. “ManTech provides the full spectrum of information technology support to DoD programs, and we will leverage that capability to help the DCGS-A program exploit ISR opportunities in the battle space.”
Under the task order, which has a one-year base period and one additional option year, ManTech will continue providing engineering, logistics, and business operations support for the incorporation of ISR capabilities into DCGS-A. This support includes integration, test, fielding, software, systems engineering and architectural support for the DCGS-A objective architecture to insure that all data modifications to the fusion brain and DCGS-A Standard Cloud are successful.
