ManTech To Acquire Small Cyber security Firm ETG

ManTech International [MANT] yesterday said that it has agreed to acquire Emerging Technologies Group (ETG), a woman-owned, service disabled veteran owned small business specializing in computer forensics and network analysis. Terms of the acquisition, which is expected to close in the third quarter of 2008, were not disclosed.
