Market Survey for Standoff Chemical Detection

The Army Joint Project Manager for Nuclear Biological Chemical Contamination Avoidance is conducting a market survey regarding concepts and technologies to enhance standoff chemical detection in support of the Joint Contaminated Surface Detector (JCSD) program. The JCSD program goal is to replace the Dual Wheel Sampling System with a standoff, on- the-move, near real-time capability to detect contamination on surfaces. Sol. No. W911SR-08-R-0039.
