Mercury Systems [MRCY] on Monday said it has completed its $100 million cash acquisition of American Panel Corporation (APC), expanding its capabilities in the avionics market.
Mercury in July disclosed that it had agreed to acquire APC, which had $36 million in sales for the one-year period that ended in June.
APC will add a scalable display system to Mercury’s C4I business. APC, which is based in Georgia, makes tactical displays for military aircraft, land systems, maritime systems, and commercial aerospace.
