The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) said Tuesday it notified Congress of a potential Foreign Military Sale of two C-130J-30 aircraft and associated parts and support worth an estimated $412 million, according to a statement.

In addition to the two C-130J-30s, Mexico wants 10 AE2100D3 engines (eight installed, two spares), aircraft modifications, government furnished equipment, communication equipment and associated parts and support. Rolls-Royce develops the AE2100D3 engine.

Lockheed Martin [LMT] would be the prime contractor.

The deal is contingent on Congress’ approval.
