Rolls On Amphibious Craft. Rolls-Royce has been selected to provide the engines for the Navy and Marine Corps’ next generation of amphibious landing craft known as the Ship-to-Shore Connector (SSC). Rolls Royce will provide the engines for hovercrafts being built by Textron’s marine systems unit.
