MUOS-4 Navy Communications Satellite Successfully Launched

The Air Force and Navy successfully launched the Navy’s fourth in a new constellation of satellites designed for beyond-the-line-of-sight communications, the Air Force said Sept. 2.The Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) satellite was launched from Cape Canaveral Space Launch Complex 41 on the morning of Sept. 2 at 6:18 a.m. aboard an Atlas V rocket.
