The NATO Communication and Information (NCI) Agency signed an agreement with U.S. Army Europe to increase NATO’s support for U.S. deployments in Eastern Europe, the agency said March 16.Under the Joint Partnership Statement, the NCI Agency will provide new solution to U.S. Army Europe to help enhance how it interacts with other allied nations.
