The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) for power efficient techniques to counter Radio Controlled Improvised Explosive Devices (RCIED) used by terrorists. NAVSEA is hoping to identify potential sources of supply for unique techniques that may improve the effectiveness of existing or future Counter-RCIED Electronic Warfare systems.
