Noblis on Tuesday said it has acquired the management and technology consulting company Inductive Minds, which has capabilities in cloud and analytics and enhances its expertise with the Defense Department and national security community.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Inductive Minds, which is based in Northern Virginia, provides cloud hosting, systems engineering and analytics services to senior-level government clients.
“Inductive Minds will accelerate our ability to meet the growing demands of our national security clients,” Amr ElSawy, president and CEO of Noblis, said in a statement.
Noblis said that Inductive Minds’ expertise complements its existing capabilities.
“The intelligence and law enforcement communities are facing unprecedented demands to identify potential threats, evaluate risks and rapidly respond to unforeseen events,” Rich Jacques, vice president, Intelligence at Nobilis, said in a statement. “We have deep technical expertise providing rapid innovation and applied solutions to address these threats and we look forward to combining the skills of Inductive Minds to further serve our clients critical missions.”
Inductive Minds said that joining with Nobilis will allow it to take advantage of “depth and scale in the market.”
