Parsons Completes Acquisition Of SPARTA From Cobham

Parsons Corp. recently said it has completed its $350 million purchase of the systems engineering and services firm SPARTA from Britain's Cobham, giving it a big boost to its advanced technology and professional services portfolio. Parsons said that SPARTA will be integrated into Parsons Government Services, a provider of mission-critical technical services to the United States government.
