The Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking information from companies, educational institutions, laboratories and other sources about commercially available systems, near-commercial technologies, or government available technologies that may be used for Emergency Management Systems, Incident Management Systems, Command and Control Systems, Consequence Management Systems and Decision Support Systems. The Request for Information is part of an overall strategy to identify the next generation of decision support systems for fielding by Defense Department installations now and in the next three to five years. The information obtained through the request will be included in a market study that will be coupled with a hands-on evaluation to identify which system or systems should be considered by the client for fielding. PNNL seeks capabilities such as situational awareness, location of crash, spill, fire, flood, accident and attacks, track emergency responder vehicle locations, utilize CBRNE sensor locations, data and alarms among others.
