CINCINNATI, June 7, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Over 1,100 companies were invited to compete. Nearly 39,000 employees were asked to fill out an anonymous survey. Only 125 companies made the cut.

The coveted ‘Top Workplaces’ winners were revealed Wednesday, and Cincinnati-based Kinetic Vision took honors for the 6th consecutive year.

The Enquirer and their research partner Energage, LLC, asked employees to rate their employer on several measures including culture, execution, connection, and more. The tabulated results were announced at the reveal event held at Paul Brown Stadium in downtown Cincinnati.

For this year’s awards, Energage reached out to over 60,000 people in the Cincinnati area. Of those employees who received questionnaires, almost 39,000 responded, either on paper or online. This year, 125 Cincinnati-area employers scored high enough to earn being recognized as one of the Top Workplaces. The system used for the Cincinnati award is the same that is used in other major cities. Energage has surveyed more than 57,000 organizations representing well over 19 million employees in the United States.
