Private Equity Firms Acquires Compusearch Software From Carlyle Group

The private equity firms JMI Equity and Arlington Capital Partners last week acquired Compusearch Software Systems, a provider of procurement software and services to the federal government, from the private equity firm The Carlyle Group. Terms of the sale were not disclosed. Compusearch's software automates mandated business rules for public sector organizations with authority to spend, grant or move funds.
