QinetiQ Transmission Chosen For BAE Systems-Northrop Grumman GCV Program

The U.K.-based QinetiQ Group yesterday said its E-X-Drive® transmission has been selected for the hybrid electric drive propulsion system for the BAE Systems-Northrop Grumman [NOC] team for the technology development phase of the Army’s Ground Combat Vehicle (GCV) program. The BAE-Northrop Grumman team was recently awarded a $449.9 million contract for the GCV program.
