Raytheon [RTN] has acquired Technology Associates, Inc. (TA), a small privately-owned firm specializing in life-cycle computer engineering for programs in the U.S. Intelligence community, boosting its capabilities in cyber security. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Northern Virginia-based TA had $21.3 million in sales last year, $18.9 million in 2008 and $15.6 million in 2007.
