Raytheon Technologies Completes Acquisition Of Blue Canyon Technologies

Raytheon Technologies [RTX] on Monday completed its acquisition of small satellite manufacturer Blue Canyon Technologies (BCT), giving it a play in the growing market for small satellites. Terms of the deal, which was announced in November, were not disclosed. BCT is part of the Raytheon Intelligence & Space business. BCT, which is based on Colorado and has more than 200 employees, said the acquisition will allow it to grow its product line to meet customer demand. The company is building…
