SAIC to Trial CarScan Portal in Middle East

Science Applications International Corp. [SAI] is trialing several units of its VACIS XPL passenger vehicle scanning system--which is the CarScan product that it acquired through its acquisition of Spectrum San Diego last year--in the Middle East and in Mexico. Since acquiring CarScan, SAIC has made the relatively compact portal, low-dose X-Ray system more robust.
