SilverEdge Government Solutions, a provider of cybersecurity, software and intelligence solutions to customers in the defense and intelligence communities, has acquired QVine LLC, in a deal that expands its presence in the intelligence community.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. QVine, a small company, is based in Northern Virginia, and provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) and cloud services to its customers. The company has more than 100 technologies, analysts, systems and software engineers, and developers, nearly all of whom have the highest-level security clearances.
QVine has expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning, data visualization, open-source collection and analysis, and cross domain solutions. The company quickly delivers custom software applications to its customers.
