Space Force Awards Four Contracts For Ground Station C2 Architecture

The U.S. Space Systems Command recently awarded prototype contracts to BAE Systems, General Dynamics [GD], Omni Federal, and Parsons [PSN] to develop and integrate prototype ground systems for command and control of new missile warning satellites. The values of the contracts were not disclosed. BAE said it expects to deliver its prototype this fall. The Future Operationally Resilient Ground Evolution Command and Control (FORGE C2) will provide the missile warning C2 platform for the Next-Generation Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) Geostationary…
