The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command has issued a market survey to determine small business capabilities on behalf of the Departments of Defense, Homeland Security and Justice to develop initiatives that encompass research and development, investigation, analysis, test and evaluation, and reporting support for counter-terrorism technology needs, intelligence gathering technology, identity intelligence exploitation, and the overall development of biometric technology that can be utilized and shared throughout the government to aid in the Global War on Terror.
