SRC Acquires Small Firm With Expertise In Radar Development

Defense electronics company SRC, Inc. on Monday said it has acquired a small company called SAZE Technologies, LLC, to strengthen and accelerate its work on radar systems. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. SRC, a non-profit research and development company based in New York, said SAZE will become a subsidiary of its SRC Ventures, Inc., and that 11 of SAZE’s employees will continue with the company.
