State Department Releases its First Strategic Framework for Space Diplomacy

The U.S. Department of State released its first-ever Strategic Framework for Space Diplomacy this week, outlining how it will use diplomacy to advance U.S. space leadership and expand international cooperation. The framework, released May 30, is guided by the National Space Policy released in 2020, and the Space Priorities Framework released in 2021 outlining the Biden/Harris administration’s priorities for space policy.
