TASC Creates COO Role, Names Hynes To Position

TASC, Inc. yesterday said that effective immediately it has promoted John Hynes to executive vice president and chief operating officer (COO), a new role where he will be focused on operational effectiveness to support rapidly evolving customer requirements.
