TSA Awards HR Contract Extensions to Accenture, CPS

Accenture [ACN] and CPS Human Resource Services have each received new contract extensions valued at up to $37 million and $73 million respectively from the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to ensure continuity of human resources services during an on-going competition for a new contract for these services. CPS' extension has a six-month base period and a two-month option period. Accenture's extension has a four-month base period and a two-and-a-half month option.
