The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is seeking information from sources with high-stakes deception detection and operational research and testing expertise to support a program that uses behavioral observation and analysis to detect high-risk travelers and mal intent at airport checkpoints. TSA needs help reviewing current operational testing plans and procedures, identify up and coming statistical approaches to measure program performance, provide scientific analysis of behavioral indicators related to deception and fear of discovery, and propose procedural changes that may enhance behavior detection capabilities.
